Are you ready for a challenge? Summer bodies are made in Winter: 6 week challenge!

The 6 week Winter Challenge begins on Monday 16 July. Winner will be announced at the end of week 6.

Each week there will be a different challenge, however it is compounding- so whatever challenges were for the week/s prior, you will also need to do for the remainder of the challenge.

The first challenge will be announced on Sunday 15 July.

What do you need to do?

Download My Fitness Pal (free from the app store) and track your foods each day. MFP will give you an indication on the proportion of carbs, proteins and fats you need daily according to your BMR and weight goal. I can help you set this up if you like.

I will set up a sample meal plan that you can choose to follow (we just need to make sure that the calorie intake and your macros are suited for you).

Take some baseline measurements and take some photos (I can help you with either of these). When taking photos, make sure it is in front of a white/ light wall with plenty of natural light. If possible, photos are best taken in the morning before any meals for the day. Take your weight weekly (no more!!!), on the same day at the same time (preferably first thing in the morning after your morning wee!)

Once you’ve done this, you’re ready for your first week!!
